Once you complete your purchase, you’ll receive a questionnaire by email. Please submit within 7 days to secure your spot.

Again, within 7 days of purchase & receiving the questionnaire, please submit the form along with dimensions of your space and photos of your room, as well as any inspiration you would like to share to complete your vision. The more details, the better the outcome.

Once your submission is reviewed, we will schedule your virtual call to discuss vision and goals.

Receive your design

Your design is delivered within 14–30 days depending on your package — ready to shop, style, and make your own. For Full Design Service, your timeline is crafted around your project.

Important Details:

  • Spots are limited and filled in the order received — we recommend submitting your questionnaire promptly to secure your place.

  • Submit your questionnaire within 7 days of purchase to guarantee your place.

  • Your call can only be scheduled after your questionnaire, photos, and measurements have been received and reviewed by Studio Hiraya.

  • All designs are final. Each design package is crafted specifically for your space and is delivered as a complete, considered vision.

  • One purchase covers one room or a studio space. Combined spaces such as living and dining room require two purchases.

  • Studio Hiraya may refund your purchase if your space is outside the scope of virtual design — e.g. active renovations or structural work requiring an architect.
